This last weekend, Monte, Morgan and myself went to Alan and Don Wachlin's farm on Scholls-Sherwood Rd for a church fundraiser.  This was year # 2 of this event, where the men would take a Caterpillar 307 excavator and crush the living daylights out of some kind of vehicle.  Last year was a Dodge van... this year, was an old school bus that operated in around 1950s in Groner.  Had lots of fun taking turns on the controls and eating a literally "farm-fresh" BBQ dinner.  The fundraiser went to benefit St. Paul Lutheran church, and I do have to thank Claude Hampton (again) for purchasing tickets for us boys.  Take a look at the photo albums on this website for more pictures.  I got a lot of video clips, and am working on stitching those together for a cool video of the event.
